As cold, sharp wind whipped through the cracks and holes of the ruins of an abandoned building in Cleveland, Nate + Emily drew in close to keep warm. The joining of old and crumbling with new and vibrant. The deep, kind, and goofy love between them was contagious, as we were surrounded by their loved ones who were just as giddy (even their cat ring bearer). As we landed back into the warmth 78th Street Studios, surrounded by makers’ paintings, sculptures, and passions, every detail became a perfect frame for their day. It could not have been more perfectly for them.
